This beautiful McCloud condominium located in Incline Village, has a garage and access to the spa and sauna is just a five-minute walk to beautiful Lake Tahoe. The new home owner contacted Holm Construction LLC for a complete interior remodel for their 1,111 square foot condo. We obtained a Washoe County building and IVGID permit, had the condo tested negative for asbestos and made sure the proposed remodel was approved by the HOA.
We installed Brookdale Hickory Wet-Protect laminate flooring throughout the condo, updated a ceiling fan and added a receptacle for a television over the fireplace, which is surrounded by an existing hearth. The dining room has a lovely open floor plan, which we enhanced with a new chandelier and fresh paint and trim throughout.
In the kitchen, we built new Maple Glacier cabinets from Wellborn Cabinets. The kitchen was updated with a Hahn Farm House sink and stone granite counter tops from Majestic Marble & Tile. We also installed stainless-steel appliances. Moen faucets were chosen, LED can lights installed and the client chose a pine wood bi-fold door to conceal the washer and dryer. Nest Thermostat was installed.
The master bath and guest bathrooms layouts remained the same though we enhanced them by installing Wet-Protect flooring in Coconut Milk laminate in both. In the master bath, we set in a new Americast white tub, Moen shower and tub fixtures, and we created a custom tile inset shelf in the shower. In guest bath room, we installed a new vanity cabinet with undermount sink. New Toto toilets were installed in both bathrooms.
In the guest room we put in new carpet and a modern ceiling fan. The condominium was updated with a new electrical panel to replace the old one from the 1980’s.
